Most people are not aware of the amazing forecasts or prophecies the Bible contains in relation to the last days. However the danger is people and denominations place their own particular twist on Biblical content. Yet if we stick to the golden rule of Biblical interpretation and allow the Bible to explain itself, particularly when it comes to Bible prophecy, it will be seen that the prophecies and forecasts are interpreted correctly. This video presentation by Rod Anderson does exactly that. You will be greatly encouraged and blessed as you watch this video, which underscores the inspiration of the Bible. There is also an opportunity to receive an amazing set of free Bible study guides delivered to any part of the world free. The Bible claims to be the Inspired word of God, but is there real evidence to prove that to be so. In this presentation Rod presents a series of incredible Bible prophecies and then shows how astonishing they are in there accuracy. Amazing is the only word that can be given to given the proof that he brings forth to demonstrate the Bible is truly authored by God. Therefore it is absolutely trustworthy as it warns of events which will happen in our near future.
The Bible warned the world through the Old Testament prophets that the Messiah was coming with over 300 Messianic prophecies, and Jesus Christ came to this world born as a babe in Bethlehem to the virgin Mary. However, the Old and New Testaments warns the end of the world as we know it will come at a time when men and women are not expecting it. It will be a time of prosperity and strong religious convictions. But how will it all happen?
What is important to God is a question that each of us should ask, and how are we to live in a way which is pleasing to God is also a second question which should be asked of ourselves. In the Bible we see Jesus modelled the perfect life for us, but what guidelines has He offered us who are living in the last days. In Bible God’s law of love the Ten Commandments comes up again and again in the Old Testament and New Testament as that code by which God’s people are to live by, but are they necessary today or did they end at the cross. These and other questions will be answered in this presentation.
Today there is a lot of debate on what day Christians should worship. However the question which should be asked on what day did Jesus worship and upon what day did Christ’s followers in the first century worship on after Christ’s death and resurrection, and what was there authority for doing so? How does the Creation account in Genesis connect with the day of worship authorized by God. In this presentation Pastor Anderson traces the reasons why Christians worship on the day they do today.
As a Presbyterian Pastor Anderson was encouraged to go to church on Sunday as a child, because it was the day of Christ’s resurrection. He said, “I never doubted it because it was the day my mother and her mother went to church and who was I to argue?” Therefore one would conclude that it is the day of worship in the Bible, but is it? Sunday is mentioned nine times in the Bible and obviously if Christians are to keep the day holy, there must be a command associated with one of those passages, but is there?
An historical examination of the change of the day of worship from Sabbath (Saturday) to Sunday reveals a steady march of compromise. It is often said that the Apostles after the time of Christ made the change in honour of the Christ’s resurrection, but where is the evidence? Even more interesting is a study of the first four centuries of Christianity and how Sunday keeping became common place. This presentation by Pastor Anderson will both amaze and shock you as you are presented with the irrefutable proof of unbiased historians and faithful Christians.
Armageddon invokes imagery of battle and slaughter between two mighty forces in the last days, but does the Bible support such a scenario and if so where would it be held. To some Christians they see it as a time when the enemies of Christ will bring their weapons of war to a central place in the middle east, ready to open fire on Jesus Christ when He returns during the Second Coming. The worlds armies will be led by Satan and Christ will lead the armies in to conflict. But does the Bible support such an imaginary apocalyptic battle which sounds more like a Hollywood production, or is there another Biblical explanation for the events portrayed during the time of the sixth plague in Revelation 16?
Hollywood has done much to normalize the presence of demons, spirits, ghosts and other outer worldly beings both seen and unseen. How much of this can be proven. Séances claim a power of unlocking the spirit world, so that men and women can communicate with the dead. The eastern religions teach men and women at death are transmigrated into the souls of animals or other humans, but is that true. Can the dead communicate with us and we with them. Can they interfere in our lives at will? Is it true? Can demons communicate with us, what about Satan himself? But why does the Bible teach that those who die are simply asleep and why is that so and for what purpose. In this presentation you will be presented with the truth and it will make perfect sense to you.
It is regularly taught in churches today that if you are a bad person or if you have not accepted Jesus Christ, at death you will be sent to hell by God and there you will burn forever without relief and without mercy. So much for a loving God you say and quite true, because this teaching seems to strike against our understanding of who Jesus Christ is and His desire for you salvation. The character of God is portrayed throughout the Bible as merciful and long suffering abounding in goodness and love. So how is that such a terrible doctrine of an eternal burning hell is so convincingly taught and accepted, when the Bible is silent. Do we live forever after we die, do we live in bliss or burn, what does the Bible says. Can we communicate with the dead and are they able to furnish us with vital information on this subject? This presentation by Rod answers these questions and many others.
Is there going to be a thousand years of peace on earth, where Christ will be dwell with His people, on an earthly utopia of plenty. Is the teaching of once saved always saved consistent with the Biblical instruction. A thousand years of peace upon the earth has been dreamed of and preached of by pastors, priests and pontiffs leading up to the year 2000, when it was the great hope for the twenty-first century. Some teach during the one thousand years the earth will be a desolation in which the earth will be a ruin and not a human being will be living upon it. But what does the Bible say?
Is gratified with the eternal torture of the lost? What will be the central issues when it comes to God judging mankind. The Bible teaches there will be a day when a great judgment it is on that day the lost are finally and once and for all dealt with by God. But how? What about the earth itself, what will happen to it? Do we spent eternity in heaven floating upon clouds, half naked and strumming hearts, or does the Bible present a picture all together different. Furthermore, what will happen to Satan? After all he is the one who has brought this misery upon us all. Pastor Rod answers that question and many others in this presentation.
The Christian world has embraced and encourages the teaching that God is pleased with the torture of men and women throughout eternity, along with the belief there is a burning inferno where the devil and his demons torture men, women, boys and girls, but what does the Bible truly say? How could a merciful loving God, who has prepared a home for the righteous free of death and suffering, somehow turn his back on hellfire and allow Satan to torture people for eternity, even little babies because their parents never baptized them, or children whose parents did not bring them up to believe in Jesus Christ and the importance of Church. What does the Bible say?
Evolution challenges the first chapter of the Bible. Evolutions state that its position is backed by science, but is that science anachronistic or modern? How do the theories which people have accepted as fact today stack up when closely tested? Another question which should be asked and answered;, Is there evidence to support the Biblical account. Is there in fact harmony between the Bible and the scientific community in terms of creation and what evidence can be presented to show this? In this presentation Rod removes the dross of lies and deals with the facts as they stand according to modern science and medicine.
I am Pastor Rod Anderson, today, I want to share with you, an amazing Bible prophecy against the world’s oldest country (pause) It was written over 2,600 years ago, but despite that we have recorded history, which testifies to its ongoing fulfilment, and today we are witnesses that Egypt has become, what God said it would, 600 years before the time of Christ. Let’s go back now, when God’s prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel lived from about 750-550 BC. Egypt was then so ancient that she boasted a longer unbroken line of kings, than did any other nation on earth.
To the prophet Ezekiel, the settling of Egypt was as ancient to him, as the beginning of the Christian religion is to us. Egypt was known as the granary of the world, eminent in science, in the arts, in luxury and magnificence. A leader of civilization and engineering. Nevertheless, at a time when all other men would have predicted for her unending prosperity, God’s prophets Isaiah and Ezekiel prophesied Egypt’s ruin. Let me read a little of these amazing prophecies, first from Ezekiel chapters 29 and 30. ‘And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the Lord: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it. There shall be there a base kingdom.
It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.’ ‘The pride of her power shall come down. . . .And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted. I shall make the land of Egypt desolate, and the country shall be destitute of that whereof it was full.’ ‘I will . . . sell the land into the hand of the wicked: and I will make the land waste, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers:I the Lord have spoken it. . . . And there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt.’It is fascinating to me when you study Bible prophecies of other nations and cities what you discover. (Slowly)
The prophecies pronouncing the doom of Edom and Chaldea and Babylon was utter extinction, but not so the fate of Egypt. The inexorable decree – was one of recurrent base -ness and decline. It was to continue as a nation, but it was no longer to rule. It was to be ruled by cruel strangers. The prophecy said Egypt shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.’We have only to consider the condition of Egypt, six hundred years later around the time of Jesus Christ, to see that this prophecy could not have been the result of mere human foresight. In the time of Christ there was nothing to indicate that the day of Egypt was past for ever. She was still incredibly fertile, productive and powerful.
In 641AD when the Muslims laid siege to Egypt’s Alexandria, the country of Egypt was still rich, and to give you an idea of the cities strength, the Muslim siege lasted 14 months, and the burning of the famous Alexandrian library was a world calamity. Its destruction supplied the Arabs with fuel for their fires for six months. While the prophecy may seem slow to be fulfilled, ( slowly ) it has been certain. The decline, though gradual, has been continuous. I want to read from historians and scholars from the last 300 years, firstly Edward Gibbon, who lived in the 1700s, he was an Oxford scholar, historian and agnostic, he wrote of Egypt in his monumental work, the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, ‘a more unjust and absurd constitution cannot be devised than that which condemns the natives of a country to perpetual servitude, under the arbitrary dominion of strangers and slaves. Yet such has been the state of Egypt about five hundred years,’ — ‘The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire,’ chapter 59, p. 1106.
Now a quote from the 18th century historian, Constantin-François Volney who documented his adventures through the Levant in a book called, ‘Travels through Syria and Egypt.’ This is his eyewitness account of the Egypt in the late 1700s. “Such is the state of Egypt, deprived two thousand three hundred years ago of her natural proprietors, she has seen her fertile fields successively a prey to the Persians, the Macedonians, the Romans, the Greeks, the Arabs, the Georgians, and at length, the race of Tartars distinguished by the name of Ottoman Turks. The Mamelukes, purchased as slaves, and introduced as soldiers, soon usurped the power, and elected a leader. . . . Their system of oppression is methodical. Everything the traveller sees or hears reminds him, he is in the country of slavery and tyranny.’
After visiting Egypt a number of years ago, and reflecting on what has happened since 2011 with the impeachment or should I say, the ‘coup de ta’ of Hosne Mubarak, the nation has fallen into complete anarchy and Egypt’s decline continues. She is becoming exactly what the prophets said she would become, ‘the basest of kingdoms,’ ruled ‘by the hand of cruel strangers.’ And note this: not until modern times, could the amazing accuracy of this prophecy be appreciated. Imagine if God’s prophets had prophesied the utter destruction of Egypt, as they did to Babylonia or Assyria, how jubilant would the agnostics, atheists and anti-theists be today. But no, God’s prophets said Egypt would become a base nation, a low nation, and for many years now Egypt has been dependent upon U.S monies to prop it up, of which most goes into military spending, and next to none – reaches her teaming impoverished millions that haunt her cities. Egypt IS ruled by strangers as the prophecy said, – Muslims to be accurate, who themselves have great fears for the continual decline of Egypt. This is from Al Jazeera, the middle east news broadcaster who expects the nation to further fail, and I quote,
In a speech marking the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday last month, the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi warned critics not to hold protests on January 25, the fifth anniversary on the 2011 popular uprising, saying a new revolt could destroy the country. “Why am I hearing calls for another revolution? Why do you want to ruin [Egypt]? I came by your will and your choice, and not despite it,” Sisi told the hand-picked audience of politicians, media pundits and members of Egypt’s newly elected parliament. Sisi’s words, greeted by a roar of applause, revealed the regime’s fears that another popular uprising may be brewing. . . . The situation today in Egypt is [it] has exactly the same sort of Government system that the Egyptian people rejected under Mubarak, and the Sisi Government is far more repressive than Mubarak ever was. Al Jazeera January 2016. Such is the lot of Egypt one of continual debasement. Even though these prophecies were written 2,500 years ago, God told the world this would be the fate of the most powerful nation of the day.
